Holidays

Employees must be scheduled to work on the day of the holiday to receive holiday pay. Company generally observes the following paid holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Flexible Time Off (FTO)

FTO allows employees to take paid time off as needed without a set number of accrued hours. This policy encourages flexibility for vacations, personal days, or other reasons, as long as time off is coordinated in advance with your manager.

Hourly employees can take FTO in 30-minute increments; salaried employees can take FTO in either half-day or full-day increments.
